1. Download the application pack and complete the application form, application task, and declaration. You can do this by hand or electronically.

2. Forward these (as an email attachment) to Sean Lopez at celta@ilavietnam.com or send them by post to :

If you are a resident of Ho Chi Minh City you can complete the application by hand and hand it in at reception at the above address.

3. Upon reviewing your completed application, we will contact you to arrange a telephone interview.
